It's back-to-school once again, and I am actually very excited about it. Celine will be going to big school already, and I can't wait to accompany her on her first big day. I know this school year will be one big adventure again for all of us. I am very thankful that I am a WHAM (work-at-home-mom) and fortunate to have that opportunity to be with her and witness this journey. I guess I am more excited about it than her. Have you made your back-to-school checklist already? :)
I'm pretty much done buying all school requirements, wrapping books and notebooks, and placing name labels on all her stuffs. Next thing I need to do is make a weekly calendar of her school "baon" and grocery shopping. Since her classes is in the afternoon and starts at twelve noon, she needs now to bring heavy snacks or rice meals. I also must get her back to her school bedtime routine, which includes setting aside time for reading as well. Ground rules would be no TV and play unless homework and study is done, and definitely no i Pad and Video games on school days. How about you? How are you preparing for your kid's first day of school? :)
By the way, that adorable back-to-school printables (photo above) is from paper glitter. It's so cute, right? And there are many others online! Watch out for my round up of my fave back-to-school party printables and labels.
Mommies, let us not forget that this is also the month to celebrate with the special men in our lives. So, expect party ideas and inspirations for Father's Day.
Watch out as well for my four parties this June! :) The themes are, of course, a surprise! :)
Have a Blast Everyone!
