Kids Party Hub: Shabby Chic Themed Party

Allie's Shabby Chic 1st Birthday Party!

Venue: The Palms Country Club, Alabang

When I asked Allie's Mom what the party theme would be, she excitedly described all things that little Allie likes such as sweets, gardens, pink, laces, and pearls. Certainly, a shabby chic theme is just perfect to delight the celebrant. We added a touch of the outdoors or a garden setting with flowers and butterflies at the stage, door entrance and some of the table centerpieces. All tables have Dad and Mom's favorite photos of Allie too. The pink ruffled sweets table was lovingly decorated with bunting flags, and paper flower pinwheels. We tried to make the desserts and candies a bit 'sugar and spicy' themed also just like what Allie's Mom wanted. So, we prepared for the kids tangy lemon bars, red velvet cupcakes, butterscotch bars, multi-flavored jelly beans, and minty chocolate lentils.
